Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub is an American actress, comedian, and activist. Her parents were Jewish parents in the Soviet Union and started her career as a child actor after she relocated to the United States. She came to prominence for her roles in AT&T television commercials as saleswoman Lily Adams from 2013 to 2016 and , since then, until in 2020. In addition to her commercial appearances, she also appeared as an actor in the series on the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015) and was a regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016-2017). Vayntrub has also voiced Squirrel Girl on the Marvel Rising franchise since 2018 after being selected to play Squirrel Girl in the unaired television pilot for New Warriors. Vayntrub is was a Jewish person was born in Tashkent (Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic), USSR. Her parents and her left antisemitism at two years old. They emigrated to the U.S. with their children. Her family's financial difficulties caused her to be a part of Mattel Barbie commercials from the age of 5. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School. However, she quit her sophomore year and earned the GED. Following that she was able to earn the Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from the University of California San Diego. She was a member of the Upright Citizens Brigade, and studied Improv comedy.
